Practice Description

Mr. Wood joined the firm in 2008 after practicing law in the Los Angeles office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. Steve’s practice focuses on complex business litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in corporate governance, intellectual property, and commercial contract disputes.  Steve has successfully represented clients in both trial and appellate courts in cases involving shareholder derivative actions, lender liability, high technology patent infringement, and labor disputes. Steve also has experience in the field of entertainment law, successfully representing Oscar and Emmy award winners, production companies, and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in trademark, copyright, and intellectual property distribution disputes.
